Life energy has nothing to do with life or death. It is that what rest when your body dies. An energy first addressed to your body. When your body dies it is free again, free to find another address.

生命能量無關生死。他是在你身體死亡後仍在的。這個能量先是來到你的身體裡，當你死亡，他便重獲自由，自由地尋找下個憩處。

In our communes we teach people how to become aware of their life-energy. That is the main 'education' in our commune. For the children we protect their life energy and make their connection with it stronger and stronger. This helps them, when they grow into adultery they will have their own guidance in life. The guidance of their own life-energy.

在綠土地生態社區裡，我們教人們如何覺知到他們的生命能量。這是在綠土地裡最主要的教學。我們為孩子守護他們的生命能量，並讓他跟他的生命能量連結的緊密在緊密。當他們長大，這將協助他們擁有他們自己的人生指引，一個他們自己的生命能量的指引。

 Special in our commune is the program to connect with your life-energy. All commune members do daily exercises to reconnect every day with life-energy. Sandesh is our teacher in this. In our communes many people have been healed from disease. Reconnected with life energy many diseases can be healed.

我們社區的特別之處在於生命能量的課程，所有成員每天都會進行這項活動來跟自己的生命能量重新連結。Sandesh是我們在這方面的老師。在綠土地生態社區裡，很多成員的疾病已經透過這個生命能量活動而治癒，只要跟自己的生命能量重新連結，很多疾病是可以治癒的。

 Our commune is also an eco-commune.  Living with life-energy as our guidance a city life could not support our needs. I love our organic vegetables,  fresh air,  the trees and the stars in the night. For me there is not a bigger treasure as living near to nature, together with nature. In the city it is easy to forget this need. In nature  it is easier to connect with life-energy.

我們的社區同時也是個生態社區，都市生活並無法支持我們這樣以生命能量為引導的生活模式。我喜愛我們的有機蔬菜、新鮮的空氣、有樹的環境、有星星的夜晚……對我而言，沒有甚麼比住在自然環境裡與自然共生還珍貴的了，在城市裡我們很容易忘記這份需要，但在自然裡與生命能量連結便會更容易。

關於Mira的簡介

 社區成員，荷蘭人，48歲

　　曾是劍橋的高材生，畢業後也順利的成為商界的高及主管，那時，她發現自己的處境很奇怪，成功，漂亮，擁有讓人嫉妒的才華，沒有什麼可抱怨的，但是……內心深處卻不快樂。後來她開始在全球旅行，去學習和驗證各種幫助人們放鬆，釋放壓力和緊張的古老和現代的技巧。40歲這年，她的生命開花了。現在她跟她的愛人，兩個孩子生活在臺灣的綠土地生態社區，過著她喜歡的自然簡單生活。
