在綠土地生態社區裡人人都是主人，

這裡沒有任何性別，年齡，職業的高低之分，

每個人都有充分的自由來表達自己的言論，表現自己的創造力，

大家共同生活和工作，一起來創造我們共同的家園，

一起分享生命的豐富和喜悅。

Everyone is a master in our commune.

No matter sex, age, occupation, background.

Everyone can express an idea and opinion freely, and create colorful

live and work together. We construct our own family together,

sharing abundance and happy life.

Tea time--

晚上的tea time是每日的固定行程，

除了在忙碌的一天之後停下來聊聊天分享彼此的感受之外，

Tea time同時是社區裡重要的會議時間，

凡舉社區內的所有事都在此公開的討論與決定，

沒有任何隱藏訊息，就不會有猜忌，

大夥同步體察社區與彼此的成長。

Tea time at night is our meeting time and sharing time—

—with delicious cookies,tea,coffee or beers……

We discuss everything openly and share with

everyone what happens in the commune.

We observe the growing up of everyone and our commune.

Greencommune  exists already 7 years.
